Blue Star DIRECT’s Touch solution is your one-stop-shop when it comes to the making and distribution of loyalty, membership, access control, employee ID and financial cards.
Whether you have simplex, duplex or even bespoke card specifications, our technology is built for high speed monochrome or full-colour printing and near edge-to-edge printing of text, photos, logos, alphanumeric text or barcodes.
Our technology have magnetic strip encoding capabilities which are verified throughout the manufacturing process, in addition to two thermal printing stations that allows us to maintain proven performance together with consistent reliability of card printing on a grand scale.
We also have the professional extended machinery to accommodate bespoke card specifications. For example ‘tear-off’ secondary card tags for family members (or your key ring!).
Along with dedicated staff, Blue Star DIRECT also have intelligent plastic wrap and insertion technologies that will ensure your cards are correctly coded and matched with any accompanying material such as letters, inserts, catalogues or vouchers. This process is typically driven by the reading of a unique barcode to match with the physical card, ensuring high precision. Mechanically, we are able to match, attach, verify and insert cards by the thousands.
